Creating a Live is easy,

  • Click on the create a Live button on the home page or on the + icon located at the top right of the application.
  • Fill in the indicated fields according to your wishes.
  • You just have to either schedule your Live according to the day and time of your convenience Or start your live immediately.

2.1.Solution 1:

  • You are a seller and you want to sell an item with the Kampeky sales method.
  • Click on the shopping cart icon to display the Sell option.
  • Enter the price of your item.
  • Enter its quantity.
  • Enter its description.
  • Start the sale.
  • Hold the article in front of the camera of your device during the count
  • When a buyer clicks on the displayed price, a screenshot of the item will be taken.
  • Your sale will then be concluded.

2.2.Solution 2:

  • You are a seller and you want to sell an item your way.
  • Describe during the Live your item, its price, its quantity.
  • Please wait for a buyer to appear in the conversation, the icon, I buy.
  • Hold the item in front of the camera of your device before clicking on the buy icon.
  • Clicking on, the icon, I buy appeared in the conversation.
  • A screenshot of the item will be taken and your sale will be completed.

3.1.Solution 1:

  • You are a buyer and you want to buy an item from a seller who uses the Kampeky selling method.
  • Wait for the seller to start a sale.

3.2.Solution 2:

  • You are a buyer and you want to buy an item from a seller who does not use the Kampeky sales method.
  • Wait for the seller to finish describing his item and its price.
  • You are interested in the item for sale.
  • Click on the shopping cart icon to display the I buy option and click on it.
  • Your icon will be displayed in the conversation.
  • Wait for the seller to click on your icon to complete your purchase.

Before your first purchase, you will have to enter your credit card details.

4.1.When a purchase is made according to the seller's immediate payment terms.

  • A purchase has been made, a cart appears during the live at the top right.
  • The basket is accessible for a period of five (5) minutes.
  • By clicking on the cart you will have the choice to pay or cancel your purchase.
  • Click on pay to finalize your purchase according to the chosen payment method.
  • When the seller's live is over, you have to choose the shipping method within 1 working day and pay the amount of shipping costs indicated. Otherwise your order will be automatically canceled and you will be reimbursed for your purchase.

4.2.When a purchase is made according to the terms of payment with a reduction from the seller.

  • One or more purchases have been made,
  • You have the possibility to pay immediately or at the end of the Live.
  • The live is over, you have five (5) minutes to finalize your purchase (s).
  • Click on pay to finalize your purchase according to the chosen payment method.
  • When the seller's live is over, you have to choose the shipping method and pay the amount of shipping costs indicated. Otherwise your order will be automatically canceled and you will be refunded for your purchase.

4.3.When making a purchase according to the seller's reservation conditions.

  • A purchase has been made, a cart appears during the live at the top right.
  • The basket is accessible for a period of five (5) minutes.
  • By clicking on the cart you will have the choice to pay the requested percentage or to cancel your purchase.
  • Click on pay to finalize your purchase according to the chosen payment method.
  • When the seller's live is over, you have to choose the shipping method and pay the amount of shipping costs indicated. Otherwise your order will be automatically canceled and you will be reimbursed for your purchase.

4.4.Good to know:

Once your purchase, pay according to the conditions immediately or with reduction.

  • The seller has 4 working days to validate the shipment of the package.
  • No sum will be paid to the seller until the package is received.
  • You can pay for your purchase by credit card or via your PayPal account (in the case of a tracking shipment only).
  • The price to pay includes the delivery costs and the buyer service costs of 5% + 0.70 € which apply for all payments made on Kampeky.
  • Check your delivery address.
  • The shipping costs vary from 4.50 € to 8.50 € and depend on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose (The cost can be modified at any time being variable).
  • You can add / modify your payment methods from the Settings page (mobile app).
  • Once your purchase, pay according to the reservation conditions.
  • The buyer has 10 working days to pay the full amount due to the seller.
  • The seller then has 4 working days to validate the shipment of the package.
  • No sum will be paid to the seller until the package is received.
  • You can pay for your purchase by credit card or via your PayPal account and your wallet Kampay (in the case of a tracking shipment only).
  • The price to pay includes delivery charges and buyer service charges of 5% + 0.70 € which apply for all payments made on Kampeky.
  • Check your delivery address.

Item purchased! You just have to wait to receive it.

The seller has 4 working days to ship his package (depending on the delivery method that the seller or you have chosen).

As soon as the package has been scanned by the shipping system, you can follow its delivery directly on Kampeky, from the history of your Store with the seller.

It usually takes 2 to 5 working days to receive your package.

Item delivered! Let us know that you have received it.

When the package is indicated as delivered on Kampeky, you have two possibilities:

  • Click on Everything is Good if the article is compliant.
  • Click on 'I have a problem' to suspend the transaction and contact us. This button is accessible after having clicked on the 'Good Received' button.

Without any action from you within 2 days, the transaction is automatically validated and an evaluation is left on the seller's profile.

It is important to maintain a climate of trust within the Kampeky community.

Three payment methods are available on Kampeky.

6.1.A valid credit card:

Only the following bank cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Carte Bleue, Postepay. Prepaid cards (PCS) are also accepted, but in case of transaction cancellation and request for reimbursement, we will be unable to act.

If you do not have a bank card, you can use your parents' card with their authorization. Remember that it is strictly forbidden by law to use a credit card without the permission of its owner.

6.2.PayPal:

To pay via PayPal, click on the 'Buy' button and choose PayPal from the available payment methods.

Please note, PayPal is only available for tracked shipments and personalized shipping costs.

Once you have confirmed the purchase, you will be redirected to your PayPal login page to confirm payment from your PayPal account. As easy as that!

6.3.Your Kampeky Wallet say Kampay:

If you have money in your Kampay wallet following your sales, this payment method will be automatically chosen by default, as soon as your 'Bank card' is selected as the payment method.

Even if the amount of your purchase is fully covered by the money available in your Kampay wallet, as a security measure we will ask you to enter or confirm your credit card information.

6.4. Good to know:

You can transfer money from your Kampay wallet to your bank account at any time.

If you make a sale via PayPal, the amount of your sale will automatically be transferred to your Kampay wallet.

We cannot issue refunds on virtual cards (e-cards, virtualized cards, etc.) or prepaid (PCS) cards.

Kampeky protection only applies for a payment made through our secure shopping and shipping system, by clicking on the 'Buy' button. For example, if you use PayPal outside Kampeky, there is little chance, that we can help you in the event of a problem! To ensure the validity of your credit card and the validation of your payment, our service provider will temporarily charge the sum of € 0.10. If your bank equates it to bank charges, this amount may appear on your statement. In any case, it is always re-credited to your account.

7.1.Send with tracking (La Poste)

  • With this option, you will obtain a tracking number to enter in the details of your sale that you will find in your Store history.
  • The seller and the buyer will both be able to follow the delivery of the parcel from the detail in the history of his store which will redirect you to the Post Office site.
  • If you do not enter the La Poste tracking number in the details of your sale which you will find in your Store history, the sale will be automatically canceled after 7 working days.

7.2.Send with tracking (Mondial Relay or Chrono Shop2Shop)

  • With this option, you will be able to download the packing slip directly from your conversation with the buyer.
  • You have 4 working days to drop off the package at a Point Relais.
  • You can also click on the I shipped button to inform your buyer that you have deposited your package in a relay point and to enter the tracking number.
  • The seller and the buyer will both be able to follow the delivery of the parcel from the history of his store.
  • If you send the item without using our packing slip, we will consider that you have not sent the item and the sale will be automatically canceled 7 days after the buyer's payment.

To prove that the item was sent in the event of loss or litigation, do not forget to keep, until receipt of the item by the purchaser, your receipt from La Poste, the red sticker given by Mondial Relay or a copy of the dispatch slip given by Chrono Shop2Shop when the parcel is dropped off.

7.3. Sending large articles (children category):

You can buy bulky items in the child category, such as a stroller or a bicycle for example. In this case, you will not be able to send the item by post.

You can choose one of these two delivery options, when creating your Live:

  • Custom shipping costs (You will find all the information on personalized shipping costs, below). Warning: if you choose this option, you are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives at its destination without problems .
  • Hand delivery : you can indicate to buyers that you want to deliver your item in person, by clicking on 'Personal delivery' by adding this shipping method in the creation of your Live. You can then agree, at the time of the transaction, a meeting point to deliver the item. Note: even in the case of a personal delivery, the buyer must confirm having received the item, by clicking on 'Everything is ok' or on 'I have a problem' if the sale has not been completed. passed correctly.

7.4.Customized shipping costs:

Choose this option if you prefer to use a carrier other than La Poste or if you have to define higher shipping costs.

You will enter the shipping costs during the creation of your online Live of the article after having chosen the Custom shipping costs option.

Check the weight and dimensions of your item and define the shipping costs according to the chosen carrier (Kampeky will only be able to return the amount entered and will not be able to cover any additional costs).

As soon as the article has been sent, go to the Sending instructions and click on the button I confirm having sent the article.

We allow 21 working days for the package to arrive at its destination. For this reason, the package is automatically indicated as delivered on our system, 21 working days after dispatch, despite the ensure that it is delivered before this deadline.

Kampeky does not offer any compensation for this shipping option. It is up to the seller to choose an insured service provider in the event of loss, damage or theft of the package./p>

7.5. Good to know:

  • You will see the shipping option chosen by the buyer in the screen of your Store in detail of the sale Shipping method.
  • If the payment is made with PayPal, the buyer will not be able to choose the Custom shipping option.
  • If you are sending beauty products with a different carrier via our Custom Shipping option, you should inquire about the restrictions on sending beauty products / liquids by visiting their site Internet or by contacting him directly.
  • Kampeky is not responsible for any items not delivered due to improper packaging or failure to follow carrier rules.
  • Your sale will be automatically canceled within 2 to 3 days if you have not confirmed the Shipping method chosen by the buyer and will be canceled after 7 working days if you have not confirmed sending the article.
  • You will receive your money as soon as the buyer clicks on Everything is Good or within 2 days of receiving the delivery.

8.1.You want to report a user during a Live that you think does not respect our general conditions of use:

  • Click on Live which will then display the mention (report) this user.
  • Choose the reason for this report and validate.

8.2. You wish to report a user whom you suspect to be a malicious person or other prohibited criteria according to our general conditions of use:

  • Click on the user's profile
  • Click on the option to report.
  • Choose the reason for this report and validate.

9.1.Block a user during the Live:

  • Click on the basket icon to display the customer option.
  • Find the user's nickname by browsing the list of customers who watch your Live.
  • Click on the block button located next to the username of the user found.

9.2.Block a user in your friends or in your subscribers:

  • Click on the user's profile
  • Click on the Block option.
  • The Blocked user will no longer be able to find you in the search bar or participate in your Live.

9.3.You can unblock the user at any time:

  • Redirect yourself to your account.
  • Choose in your friends or subscribers or in your manage section (authorization), the blocked person in question.
  • Click on the unlocked button.
  • The user will have access to your Live again and you will be visible again in the search bar.

You want to subscribe to a Kampeur or a Kempeuse, two methods are possible.

10.1.First method.

  • Click on the user's profile.

  • Click on Live in progress.
  • In Upcoming Sale, Click on the little heart associated with Live.

You want to add a friend, two methods are possible.

11.1.First method.

When creating a Live, you want to use your Pekys to your advantage.

  • Click on the option to boost your sales.
  • Choose the formula you want.
  • Click on validated. This action is irreversible.
  • Your Live will appear at the top of the sales according to the duration chosen

  • Click on create a Live.
  • Fill in the requested fields.
  • Activates the reduction option possible.
  • Add the value you want in percentage.
  • Add from which purchase quantity your reduction applies.
  • This option will be automatically taken into account once Live has started.

  • Go Live Sale or Upcoming Sale by clicking on Live in progress.
  • Click on detail of the sale.
  • Click on the 3 small dots at the top right to display the options.
  • Click on share via.
  • Choose the predefined social network.

The Kampay wallet is where you receive money from your sales, and where your money is kept safe. You can find all payments made by your buyers (whether payments via PayPal or payment card).

Until the item is delivered, this payment is kept safe by Kampeky.

As soon as the buyer confirms that everything is good with the delivered item, payment is then available to the seller.

16.1.How does it work?

  1. The buyer buys your item, the payment then appears with the status' Pending 'in your Wallet.
  2. The buyer confirms that he has received the item, the payment status changes from' Pending 'to' Available '.
  3. Finally, the seller can use the money available in his wallet to make a transfer to his bank account or to make purchases on Kampeky.

16.2.Why does Kampeky work like this?

Delaying the availability of money market funds is a usual practice for online sales platforms. We have implemented this system so that Kampeky is a safe and secure platform, both for buyers and for sellers. As soon as the buyer purchases an item, the transaction amount belongs to the seller. This money is only temporarily unavailable for use, to ensure that the item received by the buyer conforms to its description.

16.3. Good to know:

  • Set up your Kampay wallet to make a transfer.
  • Your money and private information are safe and will never be disclosed.
  • You can also find the history of your transactions there, which are also available in your store.

The Kampay wallet is where you receive money from your sales. When a buyer pays for an item by payment card or through their Kampay wallet, the money appears with the status' Ongoing 'in the seller's Kampay wallet. Until the package is delivered, the payment is temporarily held by Kampeky. As soon as the buyer confirms that everything is good after delivery of the item, the money then appears as «Available » for the seller.

You can use the money available in your wallet to transfer money to your bank account or buy items on Kampeky.

Here is how to configure your Kampay wallet

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Click on 'My wallet'
  3. Click on 'Activate your Kampay wallet'

Enter your name, date of birth and address. They will be kept secure. Your money and private information are safe and will never be disclosed.

  1. When one of your items has just been sold, the buyer's payment is displayed in the 'Outstanding' balance of your Kampay wallet.
  2. The money from the sale will be available as soon as the buyer receives the package and clicks on the 'Everything is good' button. If she does not click this button but the number of tracking shows the item as delivered, you will automatically receive your money back 2 days after the delivered date.
  3. You can keep this money in your wallet and use it for your purchases on Kampeky, or transfer it to your bank account - the choice is yours!
  4. When you have money available in your wallet, here is the procedure to transfer it to a bank account (this account must be a current account and not a savings account):
  • Click on 'My wallet'
  • If you are making your first transfer and you have not registered any bank account from your 'Payment options', you will have to enter your account details (available on your RIB). Check carefully that the information entered is correct. It will be saved in your Kampeky account for your future transfers.
  • Click on 'Transfer': the transferred amount will appear within 3 to 5 working days in your bank account. If the item was purchased via PayPal, the payment will be paid directly to your Kampay wallet, as soon as the buyer confirms receipt of the item. If the item was purchased by credit card, payment will go into your Kampay wallet. Money cannot be transferred from your wallet to your PayPal account.

Good to know :

  • If you do not have a current account, you can ask a relative to transfer the money to their account, then to return it to you in cash.
  • Transfers are free.
  • You can only transfer amounts greater than 1 €.
  • The 'In Progress' payments are not yet available and therefore cannot be transferred until the transaction is completed.
  • The available money is displayed in the 'Available' part of your wallet. The payments of current transactions are displayed in the 'In progress' part.

A transfer can fail for several reasons:

  • If the bank information you entered is incorrect (your bank has the option of accepting or rejecting this transfer).
  • The transfer fails due to a temporary technical problem (you can wait a bit, then repeat the test).
  • The bank details entered are incorrect (change your bank details and check that they are correct before requesting a new transfer).

We advise you to update your bank details via our website www.kampeky.fr and not the mobile application because some cell phone models may not correctly take these modifications into account.

If your transfer fails again, please contact your bank:

  • Make sure that your account number is correct, and that your account has not been closed or limited by certain conditions.
  • Check that the IBAN, the name of the account holder and the billing address entered correspond to the information held by your bank.
  • Ask your bank why your transfer was rejected.
  • You will probably have to enter the date, time and amount of your transfer. If this is the first time your bank transfer has failed, you may have reached the limit bank transfers on Kampeky In this case, you will have to follow our Identity Verification procedure by uploading a double-sided copy of your valid identity card / passport or driver's license, from your Kampeky profile This information will be automatically transferred to our payment provider in order to verify your identity.
